How to reply to comments

I really, really enjoy comments on my blog, but the problem is that if I reply to the comments that are left, I don't know if the person to whom I'm replying will see the message I leave. I wonder if there's another way to reply to comments so people will know that I read and appreciate their messages!

    I'm not sure how this works, but I receive comments in my email box; do you? As far as responding, if they don't come back and check our blog, I'm not sure if they would know.

    I sometimes respond to comments through their personal email address instead of through the comments section.

    A more experienced blogger would know the answer to this. Let me know if you figure it out (lol). Have a great day!

    I get comments in my email, too. You can check your settings to change them so you can get them in your inbox and respond that way.

    Here's how...go to settings (underneath your blog title on the dashboard) click the comments tab at the top and scroll down to where it says "Comment Notification Email" and type in your email address, save the changes and voila! You should get all of your comments via email. Hope this helps.
